1st (ever) visit –> VERY pleased + impressed. Brief wait time + ALL staff knowledgeable + genuinely nice + took time to simply explain answers to questions. HIGHLY recommend. ********************************************************* Round 2: Despite HHC Dermatology appointment confirmation woman leaving 4:00 PM 'chuck-n-duck' voicemail requesting callback... ...then (when office doesn't close until 4:15 PM + patient IMMEDIATELY returns call) she PREMATURELY forwards office phones to answering service (a MAJOR pet peeve – REALLY gets under one's SKIN)... ...adding 'insult to injury': voicemail instructions directing patient to call back AGAIN next day to confirm appointment: (Left message with answering service anyway.) Can't say enough nice things about Dr Naka... ...who's as thorough + professional + pleasant + personable + with whom very easy to speak. Answers any/all questions without hesitation + explains 'things' in easy-to-understand terms. Not often one actually looks forward to seeing a doctor. Dr Naka's not only an exception... ...she's a great Dermatologist AND representative of HHC, as well. As-such – I highly recommend Dr Naka. p.s. For the record: I have no 'skin in the game'.
